This Privacy Policy explains how "WA Link Generator" ("the Add-on") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure user experience.

2. Data Collection and Usage

- No Personal Data Collection: The Add-on does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, spreadsheet content, or contact information to any external servers.

- Local Processing: All data processing (reading phone numbers and generating links) is performed locally within the active document in the Google Apps Script environment.

- Access to Spreadsheets: The Add-on requires access to your Google Sheets only to perform its core function: reading phone numbers from a user-selected range and writing formulas back to a target range.

3. Data Protection Mechanisms

Since the Add-on operates entirely within the user's active Google Sheets environment and does not transmit data to any external databases or third-party servers, your data is natively protected by Google's infrastructure security. 

- We do not use, host, or maintain any external databases or backend servers.

- No sensitive user data or spreadsheet content is ever cached, logged, or exposed outside of the active runtime execution environment.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

- No Data Retention: We do not retain, store, or archive any Google user data, spreadsheet content, or personal identifiers. Once the execution of the link generation script finishes, all temporary variables in the runtime memory are cleared.

- Data Deletion: Since no data is collected or stored on external servers, there is no data to delete from our end. Users retain full and exclusive control over their spreadsheet data. To revoke the Add-on's access to your Google account entirely, you can simply uninstall the Add-on via the Google Workspace Marketplace or remove its permissions under your Google Account Security settings.

5. Google User Data Policy Compliance

The Add-on's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
